On the October 2016, PRAVA ZA SVE organized a discussion on the role of civil society in the European integration process and presented the “Guide through the labyrinth of the European Union – How to advocate?” The discussion was attended by representatives of civil society, government institutions and the international community in BiH.
The process of European integration involves nearly all segments of society, and the role of CSOs is very important. Civil democracy, insisting on individual human rights and freedoms and the rule of law are the most important civilizational achievements of the EU that BiH citizens expect from the integration process.
Guide is designed to strengthen the capacity and role of NGOs in the EU accession process, especially organizations involved in advocating for women’s rights and gender equality. The aim is to encourage CSOs to engage in European process.
