PRAVA ZA SVE organized a third debate of law students from Sarajevo, Banja Luka, Mostar, Zenica and Tuzla. Students discussed theoretical and legal aspects of sexual harassment, and through a mock trial worked on a real life case of sexual harassment.
During “trial” students had introductory statements of both parties in a case, questioned witnesses, expert’s witnesses, plaintiffs and respondent. “Trial” was finalized by reading decision of the “chamber of judges” in the case.
