The manual was developed through a project with a goal of strengthening institutions and processes in BiH supported by USAID. It is intended for representatives of the executive and legislative authorities as well as civil society organizations who participate or wish to participate in the legislative process. The manual provides simple and clear instructions on how to incorporate the standards of gender equality in public policy and legislation. The authors of manuals are Diana Sehic, Sanela Paripović and Irma Zuilic.
