PRAVA ZA SVE, within the program of education on protection against discrimination, organized two workshops for students and CSO activists from all over BiH.
The topic of the first workshop was “What is Discrimination, How to Recognize and Protect yourself.” Throughout the training, participants learned what discrimination is, how to distinguish discrimination from human rights violations, what forms of discrimination are, etc. Then, in the working group they practiced how to use legal mechanisms for protection against discrimination, discussing the potential cases of discrimination.
The topic of the second workshop was Anti-Discrimination Advocacy: “Basic Principles and Advocacy in BH Practice.” At this workshop, participants gained knowledge about AD advocacy and specific advocacy activities, as well as key elements of planning a successful campaign. By working in working groups, they created an model of AD advocacy campaigns on the selected topics.
