We talked about the problems of  a huge number of employees in BiH and advocated for more effective protection of victims of mobbing through legislation and practice. We pointed out the need for a precise legal definition of mobbing, prescribing responsibilities of the employer for the effective protection of workers from mobbing, and the obligation to adopt internal rules of conduct and sanctioning mobbing through amendments to the Law Against Discrimination.

We’ve called for greater transparency and openness of the process to amend the Law Against Discrimination in BiH. Follow ”Rights for All” for we expect the adoption of the official conclusions of the Joint Committee on Human Rights.
